2020 College Success Workshops!


Fun Da Mentals For Education, LLC offers online Test preparation and College Readiness Workshops for a duration of 12 weeks. Our online workshops include:


ACT/SAT Test Prep for Math

In this workshop, participants will practice the primary categories of the ACT Math exam.
These areas include Pre-Algebra, Elementary Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, Coordinate Geometry, Plane Geometry, and Trigonometry.


ACT/SAT Test Prep for Reading

This workshop focuses on Reading strategies, comprehension, reviewing the most tested standards, and quickly identifying what each question is asking. There will also be an emphasis on how to reduce student stress and anxiety.


ACT/SAT Test Prep for Writing

Participants will partake in an in-depth study of the four scoring criteria used by ACT Essay Graders.
 We will analyze writing prompts, discuss and practice the critical analysis of ideas and topics, and explore the analytical writing process from thesis to conclusion.


ACT/SAT Prep for Science

This workshop focuses on helpful hints, useful tips, and strategic techniques to implement when completing the Science section of the ACT exam. The Facilitator will cover best practices for addressing Data Representation, Research Summaries, and Conflicting Viewpoint question formats.


College Readiness!

Whether it is to help identify the "Who's Who?" on a college-campus, apply for financial aid and scholarships, brainstorm dorm-room ideas, find internships and community service opportunities, figure out what major is right for you, and/or how to manage being a full-time student while also being active on campus, this workshop offers all of the above and more and is designed to help students who are entering their first year of college.  

The Facilitator will focus on helping students set academic goals, and will provide information to help students seamlessly transition into their first year of college.
In addition, this workshop will also address how to manage money, mental health, and campus life.
